Vibe: Classic G&T serve alcohol-free. Simple and deliciously refreshing
- The iconic G&T serve. Put a healthy scoop of ice into a large bowl-shaped Copa glass.
- Top with immaculate and add a wedge of lemon.

Bluefruit Cooler
Vibe: Festival drink, full of colour, volume and a touch of sweetness
- 50ml pink grapefruit juice*
- 30ml blueberry (coulis/jam or fresh muddled blueberries)*
- 15ml gomme or simple sugar syrup*
- 250ml can of immaculate (amount used will vary on glass size)
- Glassware: jam jar
- Garnish: berries and grapefruit wedge
- Shake all* ingredients together.
- Fill jam jar with crushed ice and immaculate.
- Top with shaken ingredients (if using fresh blueberries, muddle them first).
- Garnish with fresh berries and grapefruit wedge.
- Dependent on glass size, you will vary the amount of immaculate used. Desired effect is that the colour should bleed through the drink for show.

Apple and White Grape Collins
Vibe: Simple, fast and classy
- 35ml white grape juice
- 25ml apple juice
- 250ml can of immaculate (amount used will vary on glass size)
- Add gomme or a splash of simple sugar syrup for extra sweetness if desired
- Glassware: tall slim Collins glass or a highball glass
- Garnish: dehydrated apple slice or chopped grapes and/or apple wedge
- Fill a Collins or highball glass with plenty of ice.
- Add the white grape and apple juices and top with immaculate.
- This drink is also flexible in that it you can easily add some gomme or simple sugar syrup for extra sweetness.
- Dependent on glass size, you will vary the amount of immaculate used. Key for this pour is presentation - dehydrated apple will look fantastic on top or chopped grapes and/or apple wedges.

immaculate® Smash
Vibe: Smashing summer strawberry and basil freshness
- 25ml lemon juice*
- 25ml strawberry puree*
- 12.5ml gomme or a simple sugar syrup*
- 100ml immaculate
- Glassware: Copa glass or a highball glass
- Garnish: basil and fresh strawberry fan
- Shake all* ingredients together.
- Fill a large bowl-shaped Copa glass or highball glass with crushed ice and shaken ingredients.
- Top with immaculate and garnish with basil and a fresh strawberry fan.
- With this pour, a large goblet allows the basil aroma to fill the glass, but it is easily removed if someone doesn’t like basil.
- Recommended to drink with a short straw to help smell the basil. You can also easily add some basil to the shaking process if you would like basil through the drink itself.
