Eco-Friendly And Sustainable: The immaculate® Way

Creating a new premium alcohol-free G&T shouldn’t come at the planet’s expense. Our commitment to sustainability is rooted in our brand values: Cleaner taste. Clearer mind. Kinder choice. That means making intentional decisions at every stage of our process - from the ingredients we source to the packaging we use.

Why We Chose Cans Over Bottles

It all starts with the can. We opted for aluminium over glass for one simple reason: it’s better for the planet. Aluminium is one of the most recyclable materials on earth - almost 75% of all aluminium ever produced is still in use today (did you know aluminium was first produced way back in 1888?). It’s also lighter and more compact than glass, meaning a smaller carbon footprint during transport. Cans chill faster, stack easier, and are more portable too. Whether you’re headed to a festival, picnic, or just your back garden, immaculate® travels lightly.

No Nasties, Just Naturals

We don’t believe in shortcuts. That’s why immaculate® is crafted using only premium natural botanicals - no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives, and definitely no colourants. We keep it clean, because that’s how nature intended. Our goal? To let the ingredients speak for themselves. Every can contains a precise blend of juniper, quinine, and natural citrus extracts, all layered to create a crisp, refreshing experience.

Sourcing with Care

Our commitment to sustainability extends to what goes inside each can. We source our ingredients with care, prioritising ethical suppliers, low-mileage transport, and transparent practices. When we choose botanicals, we look for quality, traceability and environmental responsibility. And of course, by being located in Scotland, we use wonderful pure Scottish water!

Business with Purpose

We’re not perfect - the start-up journey is full of twists and turns - but we’re proud to be a purpose-led business that’s trying to do a little bit better every day. That means reducing waste, minimising use of paper, travelling by train wherever we can, working with ethical partners…and reinvesting into communities. It’s also why support a range of charity partners and our long-term aspiration is to establish a fund to help other under-represented entrepreneurs set up their own food or drink business.

How You Can Join Us

Being sustainable is a shared journey - we really all are in this together. We encourage our community to recycle their cans, support local businesses, and think about the impact of their everyday choices.

Sustainability doesn’t need to be loud or flashy. Sometimes, it’s as simple as thinking mindfully every day about the small actions you take to make a difference.
