At immaculate®, we didn’t just want to create another alcohol-free drink - we wanted to reimagine what it means to drink well.
The Spark Behind the Sip
The alcohol-free shelves were once a barren space: syrupy mocktails, bland “zero” versions of big brands, and nothing that matched the ritual, flavour or elegance of a premium G&T. That was the gap - and it felt personal.
Our founders, each on their own journey with alcohol and wellness, saw that people wanted more. More clarity. More connection. More choice. And less compromise. So, we rolled up our sleeves, gathered around Lynne’s kitchen bench, and began building the kind of product we couldn’t find.
Flavour – The Essence of immaculate®
When we started out, a drinks mentor advised, “Whatever you do, make sure it tastes good. It’s the only thing that really matters”. We’ve obsessed over flavour ever since (hello bold juniper, bright citrus, and special secret natural ingredients for body and depth!), but immaculate® is more than what’s in the can. It’s the feeling you get holding it. The clarity that comes from drinking with intention. The connection that’s sparked when everyone feels included - alcohol drinker or not.
From our pure white can with zingy fresh highlights to our lowercase brand name - which exactly explains our brand - every detail reflects our belief in quiet confidence, integrity and simplicity. We’re not loud. We’re not overhyped. We’re just… immaculate. Trying to do a little bit of good with every sip we all take.

We work with local suppliers, use recyclable packaging, and give back through our chosen charity partners.
We’ve said no to quick wins that didn’t fit our values, and yes to the slower, thoughtful path that feels right for us as women founders.
