HE Stringer Flavours are proud to be part of the incredible immaculate® journey.

2025 is a special year for us as we proudly celebrate 75 years of supplying creative flavourings and extracts, while continuing to cherish the same core values; dynamic, independent, friendly, creating made-to-order extracts and flavours in our Hertfordshire based facility.

Fresh, clean and exciting botanicals and extracts were developed to create the unique distillate, working closely with Matt Servini from the Craft Distilling Business. This wasn't just another blend - it was a challenge that demanded the very best in botanical creativity and extraction expertise.

We were able to provide a range of special blends to start the challenging process to develop a new alcohol-free G&T, delivering a fresh, zingy and very welcome twist, on the traditional alcoholic version.

These included a whole plethora of exotic citrus oils, juniper berry, coriander, nutmeg, basil, garden mint - to name but a few. All were included in the initial blend, and after many complex combinations, adjustments and tastings, the final flavours were harmonised – immaculate® Classic G&T was born. 

Creating the perfect extract is a genuine secret art – it has taken many decades to develop the knowledge of how long to steep the mix of botanicals over varying heats to create the perfect strength and profile.  The aromas from the gentle brewing are released and infused into the amazing distillates - when done just right, the brewing process releases deep, natural aromas that become the soul of the final drink.

And we walk the talk when it comes to sustainability. H E Stringer Flavours wholeheartedly support ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) best practices, imbedding them in our daily practices, crafting cleaner, greener flavour experiences that our customers (and the planet) can feel good about.
