Need a little calm in your cocktail? Our immaculate® Lavender and Basil Fizz is your answer - a refreshing, herbaceous sip with a gentle floral finish. It’s perfect for warm afternoons or those peaceful pauses in your day....especially now as the lavender is in full bloom (in our gardens anyway!).

A refreshing, herbaceous alcohol-free cocktail with calming floral notes – perfect for warm afternoons or elegant evenings.
Ingredients
- 150 ml Immaculate® Alcohol-Free G&T
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml lavender syrup (or homemade with dried lavender and honey)
- 3 fresh basil leaves, lightly muddled
- Sparkling water to top
- Glassware: Highball glass
- Garnish: Sprig of basil and a small edible flower (optional)
Method
1. Gently muddle the basil leaves in a shaker with lemon juice and lavender syrup.
2. Add ice and immaculate®, then shake gently to mix.
3. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
5. Garnish with a fresh basil sprig and an edible flower for a graceful finishing touch.
This elegant fizz is calming and uplifting in equal measure. Earthy basil meets aromatic lavender...and the result is nothing short of immaculate®.
