Your immaculate® Month: A Wellness-First Calendar

Wellbeing doesn’t always come from dramatic overhauls. More often, it’s the small, consistent moments that gently change how we feel, think and move through the world.

That’s why we created Your immaculate® Month - four weeks of simple, beautiful and achievable habits designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your space, and your intentions. Whether you’re easing into mindful drinking, adding moments of rest, or simply looking a calmer pace, this gentle calendar invites you to do less, but with more meaning.

Why It Works

Routines bring rhythm, and rituals bring reflection. By choosing habits that nourish you rather than deplete, you create a kind of momentum that supports both mental and physical wellbeing. No pressure, just presence.

What’s Inside The immaculate® Month

Here’s a taster of what a wellness-first calendar can look like for you. You can start anytime, but taking time to stop and think during that “in-between” time after Christmas and before New Year is ideal planning time!

Week 1: Create Space

  • Light a candle and set a calming playlist for the evening
  • Swap your usual drink for an alcohol-free wine, beer or Immaculate® G&T with fresh mint
  • Clear one surface in your home
  • Take a slow walk in nature and notice five beautiful things
  • Try a screen-free hour after dinner
  • Reflect on your favourite moment from the week
  • Journal this: “Right now, I feel…”

Week 2: Nourish Gently

  • Add more fresh herbs and vegetables to your meals
  • Drink a full glass of water in a beautiful glass between every other drink
  • Stretch for five minutes in the morning
  • Prepare a solo brunch with care and attention. Slowly savour.
  • Clear out one cupboard or drawer a day
  • Journal this: “What does balance feel like to me?”

Week 3: Sip With Intention

  • Try a new alcohol-free drink (kombucha, sparkling tea, botanical soda)
  • Host your friends for a mindful drinking night
  • Prepare a vision board for the year ahead
  • End your day with a gratitude list
  • Journal this: “What do I want more of? What do I want less of?”

Week 4: Anchor In Joy

  • Send a kind message to someone
  • Organise a small ritual just for you
  • Dance to a favourite song
  • Celebrate your achievements this month – no matter how big or small
  • Go to bed early
  • Get up early and see the sunrise – a new dawn, a new day
  • Journal this: “What shifted for me this month?”

Make It Yours

Use this list as a soft structure and adapt it to meet your needs.  Whatever you do, you are looking for more mindfulness, more meaning and more moments of genuine connection for yourself and others.
